Reading nook before and after

December 2, 2011 by respaced

It’s amazing what a difference a frame makes in a small corner of your house. Here is the mirror in my reading nook before:

And here is the mirror after installing a frame using Moen’s Mirrorscapes 1000 kit.  I think it makes the reading nook look much more classy:

To get a kit of your own, go to Moen’s website, where you can type in the dimensions of your frame to find out what size of pieces to buy. You can choose from white, wood-tone or paintable finishes, and you can pick from a variety of styles. The frame is rather simple to put together and adheres to your mirror without any special nails, screws or bolts. If you follow the directions exactly as they are written (which I made the mistake of not doing!), you can transform your mirror in less than 2 hours for under $200.

The frame adds a pretty nice touch to my reading nook, don’t you think? Go to Moen’s website for more details.
