FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What kinds of ADHD‑related challenges can reSPACEd help with?
We support adults and families who struggle with things like chronic clutter, unfinished projects, difficulty sustaining attention, procrastination, misplaced items, and routines that never quite stick. While we don’t diagnose or treat ADHD, we specialize in creating organizing systems that work with your brain, not against it.
Are reSPACEd organizers professionally trained mental health providers?
No. ReSPACEd organizers cannot diagnose nor treat brain-based conditions. But we do have extensive training in understanding brain-based conditions and creating organizing systems that work with your brain, rather than against it.

What if I feel embarrassed about the state of my home?
You’re not alone—many clients feel this way at first. Our organizers are warm, non‑judgmental, and deeply experienced with ADHD‑related challenges. We’re here to help you feel supported, not ashamed.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals. Some clients want to organize just one room, while others want ongoing weekly, monthly, or quarterly organizing maintenance. We’ll help you choose a plan that fits your time, energy, and budget.
Can you help with paperwork?
Yes. We can create a paper‑management system, help you sort through existing piles, and set up routines and reminders that make bill‑paying and other recurring tasks more manageable.

Hands‑on organizing is $85 per hour with a 3‑hour minimum. If you live outside of Portland, Milwaukie or Lake Oswego, there is a $25-45 per session travel fee, depending on what town you live in. You’ll receive a time and cost estimate after your initial assessment.
Do you work outside of Portland?
Yes, we work in Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Happy Valley, Milwaukie, Gladstone, Oregon City, Tigard, Tualatin, Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and on a case-by-case basis in Vancouver.
