The clever people at www.relaxdeco.com had the great idea to use a cheap-o Ikea plastic bag holder to organize their gift wrap. What a great way to save space in the closet while keeping the gift wrap from being mangled on the floor!

(Full disclosure: I just store my rolls of gift wrap in a plastic garbage sack and hang it from a sturdy hook on the inside door of the closet. Not gorgeous, but works great and the price was right.:))
