No, we will never make you throw away your things (and we won’t make your spouse throw away his or her things either.)
We respect you, your house, and your decisions while we are in your home, and if you don’t want to get rid of certain things, then we won’t force you to.
We will bring it to your attention if it seems like you are saving a lot of things that will interfere with your ability to reach your goals. We will point out what we are seeing and the risk of saving too much. But if you aren’t ready to let go of those items, then we will do our best to find a spot for those things.
Our goal is to never argue with clients. We want to be their cheerleader, Mary Poppins and fairy godmother all wrapped up into one! This means we will use encouragement and clever ideas to make it easier for you to let go of the excess, but never threats or bullying.
