Fun garage sale find is perfect for organizing something — but what?

by respaced on August 22, 2011

I found this little Ferris wheel at a garage sale and immediately thought, “I can use it to organize something!”

I think it was originally intended to organize spices, perhaps in a Dutch-themed kitchen, judging by the paint job. But wouldn’t it be fun to use it on a desk to organize pens, pencils, paper clips and other office supplies? What about in the craft room to organize spools of thread or jars of paint? How about in a little girl’s room to hold her hair accessories and jewelry?

Have you ever seen one of these before? What would you use it for?

Maybe as a spice rack?

Ooh, that's a great idea! It would look so cute filled with baby plants sitting on a sunny windowsill. P.S. Don't forget to enter my giveaway for organizing products. You have until midnight tonight to enter! http://respacedpdx.blogspot.com/2011/09/new-uses-for-bathroom-hardware-giveaway.html
